How are these cabinets fitted? Glued? Dowel? Just wondering if the battery is in the void above the gas cabinet below the fuse cupboard. As shown here. Could that rear facia be pried off? Thanks
Possibly floor is removable in the cupboard above with the tambour door?

I'll check again, there didn't seem to be any tabs or holes to lift up the shelf in that cupboard. Thanks
That panel on my van is screwed through the edge with a corner trim covering the screws.
As frosty says I’d try to remove the base of the tambour cupboard.
I’m pretty sure that’s where it will be.
Why so reticent over divulging the converter's name?
Surely every converter knows where they put thier batteries without even having to look for 'records' ??? Very odd! Maybe they 'forgot' to install one!
The van's aren't that big, can't be easy to 'lose' one

Not 100% positive, but I think someone had a dodgy van that they were trying to get the lowdown on.
I think that I must have frightened him off by asking several times as to the name of the converter so that other members could help if they had a van from them.
Maybe someone has stolen a van and is trying to find a tracker?
