driving yes, moving no if the ACC has been holding you stationary for 3 seconds.

That’s exactly what I was thinking! Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will pop along shortly!

(My radar is intermittent in its behaviour - sometimes a warning message on the screen but today I had a warning beep as well.)

I had this issue but sorted it by cleaning the sensors.

I think it also happens if you leave it in neutral and open the door? or open the door in D? or reversing with the door open?? (need to test)

I had this to I searched like mad and apparently it is the driver assist. If u have been driving normally then you drive for a while on the motorway it assumes because u havent changed gear and are driving at a consistent speed

That’s the one, have it on mine. I believe you can turn the break warning off in the MFD. All my now barks at me for is to fill up, yet again.
