Polarbox portable fridge not cooling

Hi all,

does anyone have a polarbox compressor fridge like this one?

I purchased this after reading @Dellmassive 's excellent fridges and cooling thread.

Just plugged it in and set the temp to 2 degrees. The compressor kicks in but the temp on the display just stays at 23 degrees. It's been on for nearly an hour now.

I've tried it on mains and 12v.

Anyone else had any issues?

How long does should it take to reach temp?

I’ve got the exact same fridge, I think I bought mine in 2020. It’s been going great but yesterday it lost the ability to set the temperature, it’s stuck on 0c. It cools to that level so I’ll keep on using it but I’m probably in the market for a replacement which is not too bad after 4 years I suppose.
