Very surprised that Candy White has done so well. That is the colour of my Caravelle and I don't really like it.

I always knew that Candy White was an ‘off white’ colour but didn’t realise how much so until I put my forum stickers on! I swore never to get a white vehicle again after my last one but something just felt right about this one…. I’m extremely pleased with it:)

I'd take white over black any day!

Ascot grey would be my first choice though!
Really?!?! I don’t dislike white but get jealous off the amount of shine the darker colours get when washing/waxing…… :/
Black always shines like hell!!!

Oh agreed, it looks great, so long as...

You've spent 4 hours washing it
It doesn't have tons of swirl marks and scratches
It's been less than 24hrs since you washed it

They do look great but they are A LOT of work if you really want them to look good. They really need to have a proper correction done and be ceramic coated unless you love spending hours just on a simple wash. They show every imperfection, and if it's rained with dust in it (pretty much every summer rain shower) it'll be covered in dust spots and will need washing again!

Yeah these are extremely valid points Paul!
I did once have a black Golf and it did show everything up…..
I do however quite like spending a few hours making things shiny when I’ve got time. When I tell the wife I’m off to wash the van she just sighs. I tell her it’s me taking part in a bit of mindfulness :sneaky:

Morning all! Just joined this fantastic forum as we purchased our first T6 last week to convert it ourselves. Think the colour is unusual although a VW colour. Think it’s called Indian Blue. We like it!
