PowerBank (EcoFlow/Jackery) Heating solution

Evening Everyone. How do I calculate the size of power bank (within budget) that will run a small heater. Also what type of heater does everyone use. I have a small 5 fin oil filled radiator that I could use or a small eclectic one that I use when on EHU. Its just for evenings to take the chill out of the van. I have a day van that I occasionally sleep overnight in so I don't have a leisure battery or diesel heater. Any advice or alternative solutions welcome.

Not sure about calculating, but I tried my Jackery 500 with a very small oil radiator 500-2000w and it didn't want to play

Thanks - thats good to know - budget will restrict me going up to the 1000 - maybe I need to consider an electric blanket instead !

Yes exactly. I test ran my leccy blanket on its highest setting and, I think, it went down 15% in an hour.

take the heater wattage. . . say 600w

that will use 600wh per hour.

then get your power bank, say 1200wh capacity.

then devide the capayit by the load. . . 1200/600 = 2hrs.

thats quick maths. . . more accurate maths will involve 80% for effiientcy.
