PPF recommendation for the Surrey area

Anyone used PPF on their beloved transporter and have any recommendations? have heard of XPEL but don't know of any other brands

Not a cheap install but neither was my transporter.. looking at full bonnet and bumper as this always gets the brunt of stone chips

Bumper on my old T5 suffered and had a bonnet deflector on which did stop me getting cracked windscreens but on the new van would spoil the clean lines

I’ve had PPF installed on my new T6.1 a month after I picked it up (two years ago). Installed by ON TRACK DETAILING (see post Detailer recommend - “On Track Detailing” Silchester, Berkshire. EXCELLENT!!).
Sorry, can’t recall brand of PPF at the mo but it’s self healing. I had bonnet, bumper, wing mirrors, lights and A Pillars done. Well worth it IMO.

Ya mixed emotions if honest! My van was brand new less than 400 miles on the clock when took in and Xpel PPF was what I was after.. cost just under £850.. but they had an issue with the lower half lifting off the bumper due to temperature falling under zero the eve I picked it up.. took an age to get it back in as was over Christmas and Jan / Feb was crap weather! Finally got it redone but I would say I’m not 100% happy with how it was applied but I am super ocd.. I watched them work on a Ferrari and was most definitely treated differently to my T6.1 which I was disappointed to see :-/ it’s protected which was my biggest goal but would I recommend them not so sure.. my van wasn’t cheap and feel it should have been treated just as highly as a super car in my eyes
