I’ve ordered some satin black roof rails to go on next
that will probably be the end of the bolt on mods, maybe a tailgate spoiler but would need a good 6months deliberating over that one lol

Looks very cool....Retro!! I'd personally dim the front VW badge (though I'm not a chrome fan) it would look nicer just black or colour coded possibly.
Love the bumper as is with the steelies it looks mint! Could it be better still with lower grille strip colour coded to break up the black?? thus giving a wider, more aggressive, stance.

So after a long wait and a disastrous hand over today
S1LMY version 2 has arrived.
It’s a 150bhp dsg startline, twin sliders, app connect and a random rear auxiliary heater in the back.
Wasn’t really planning on selling the pure grey one but this came up and the spec was mad so I made the jump.
Weather has been outrageous today so no proper pics yet but you all know what a bogo van looks like.
Steels are on the way from Duchy, coilovers are being fitted next week all the other mods to follow.

First clean today the iridium grey is nice
Quite a lot of swirl marks, standard main dealer brush washes etc.
Can’t wait for all the parts to land and get it looking a bit cooler

Got the B14s on today at midland vw
Pretty sure the t32 sits lower than a t28 with the coilovers fully wound down.Took the rear adjuster rings out to give it a bit more on the back, really pleased with how it’s come out. Banded steels should be here soon.

Came next day and the quality is near enough oem. Only criticism would be the fabric isn’t quite as tight as the original factory items. Fitting was easy just follow this video on you tube >

Had a little trip to see Matt at t5upgrades while I was working in Aberystwyth last week. He fitted a steering wheel and swamp donkey arch kit for me. Pretty stoked how it came out .
