rear air distribution flap servomotor

Hi, in my 2017 caravelle I get this error, can somebody tell me where I can find the servomotor for the rear airco?

I find it with this file, disassembled, some contact spray on the potentiometer and is working now

no, this one is in the trunk on the right, on the rear engine assembly, there are two similar ones, this is the upper one
