Hello all, looking for some advice .... just bought this slide out cargo tray from direct 4x4 for my kombi, well impressed with it, looks great, and I’ve a forty winks shelf in the back too and it fits between.

just got to figure out how to get it secured. Anyone fitted one of these?

My Dad sub let part of a building to a welder, might pop in there to see if they can make something up for the lashing points although incorporate it into the Ide for the forty wild too...don’t think it will be difficult, but if anyone has any other ideas?

This is the one I have fitted
Hi Deaky, you wouldn't by any chance have the dimensions of the inbuilt rails/tracks. As in how long and how far apart each of the four rails are?

Thanks, Deaky,

That's very helpful indeed. I'd measure myself, only that our California Beach (T6.1 - 3 seat bench - Australia Edition, as Ocean won't be released with sliding door on the wrong side - noncompliant) only arrive in Jan/Feb 2021.

So a tray 1,000mm wide internal dimension (1,040mm external) will work!! now just to configure the max load length)

Trying to configure a rear cargo slide tray (internal L 1,200 x W 1,000mm), to accommodate my camping crates (L 600 x W 400 x H 240mm), and trying to work out if the bench is moved forward, will there be enough space for our Dometic/Waeco CFX 95DZ fridge (L 962 x W 530 x H 472mm), and still have enough legroom (between bench and fridge. fridge can also be used as a legrest) for the two rear passengers (our kids).

In summary from the rear tailgate; Sliding Tray (under multiflexboard), then 3-seater bench, then fridge.

The European trays are not available in Australia, hence a custom build. Not a problem as there are a ton of fabricators making similar trays for the building industry for the back of Utes (Utility vehicles, double cab Toyota, Ford etc. pickup truck)

How long are the rails/tracks?

Do you think this will work or should I limit ther tray to 1x1m max. I see the Swiss version 'CaliXtension' is max 1m deep

Again, many thanks again for your help and sharing.
Much appreciated
