Rear quarter trim for internal D-pillar

Does anyone know of any trim panel or panels that can cover these gaps in the rear quarter. I’m leaving the van metal exposed for my conversion. Thanks in advance.

There are plastic trims that cover the holes and are different between SWB and LWB. I think I posted the part code for the SWB cover a while ago - do a search.

Rear Pillar Lining.
