RIB Altair back slipping

Hi has anyone had any issues with the RIB Altair seat we are finding the back prices when made to a bed slips with a small amount of pressure which is pretty shocking at 03:00 in the morning when your fast asleep, can’t decide if it’s faulty or i am doing something wrong?

I’ve had that on mine. Nearly ended up in the boot once!

I think mine was the wife leaning on the lever in her sleep! I always make sure it’s fully locked by trying to lift up the bed section by the tailgate when the lever is released to make sure the locking lever has fully engaged.
