Rocker switch LED always on

Quick question hopefully it’s an obvious one but Im puzzled.
Wired some interior lights from the leisure battery fuse box as per this diagram

The led on the rocker is permanently on , surely something is wrong as I assumed it should only be on when it’s switched on ?

I would say that you have 1 and 3 transposed.
Second pic - ground should be at the bottom as per the instructions.

Ah solved it , wasn’t the ground that blew the fuse . I had the feed in & out the wrong way round . All good now thanks . What a numpty
