My van was converted by Rolling Homes in November of 2016, last year (October) the solar panel started to work intermittently so last week I finally got around to phoning them about it. Booked in for fault finding today, I arrived at 9.00 am and explained the issue, my van went off for checking and about 40 mins later their back to confirm the fault lay in the panel and not the wiring or control box. They had a new panel on the shelf so I was asked if I wanted it replaced today it would mean a 3-4 hour wait with 3 hours being for the bonding adhesive to cure, yes thanks I replied so sat in reception drinking coffee whilst a new solar panel was fitted under warranty, no stress no hassle all just quietly sorted thanks Rolling Homes!
