It's used so he can spray the black stuff on at an angle, rather than being on a ramp / lift & spraying upwards, I presume?

I can see a couple of short acros as axle stands...lol . . .
you wouldn't find me anywhere near that thing when a car was up on it. - working on a car up in the air like that makes my skin crawl.
