On the actual black bushes.. I found on my old ones when they started to make a noise it meant they had worn and starting to split and had to regularly check them.. luckily kiravans sent several spares throughout the years I owned them..

Can I get to these plastic bushes / bobbins without taking it all apart?
Can I just rotate it and access them?

Yes you rotate and there are Allen key bolts to undo.. this is also a hole in the plate designed to get at some of the bolts.. Just line up.. bit fiddly
