Scratch through paintwork

Just looking for some advice please.
My 6.1 has got PPF on it. The tailgate was opened too close to a post and the very edge of the tailgate (the part pointing down to the bumper) got scratched through the PPF and the paintwork. Am keen to deal with this quickly and properly to avoid any rust issues later on. Is this something that I can do myself or should I take it to a bodyshop repair specialist? If so, does anyone have any recommendations for Yorkshire/Derbyshire area please?
TIA

Give it a wipe down, touch it up and carry on with your life.

Or go to the bodyshop and see what they advise.

Use a cocktail stick to precision dabs on the paint. It may take several applications over a few days.

Allow to dry. If you've done a good job it should be close enough to level to just Polish flat.

Loving the spell correct on this one :fast rofl:

Yeah, I was on my phone and a combination of poor close eyesight, fat fingers, and a Chinese made autocorrect were the cause of this boob.
