Seats That Are Also Locking Storage

I will be carrying guitars, laptops etc and need to have them locked up
Thinking a seat system that pulls out into a bed or at least a seat with locking storage underneath to be best

Maybe like the picture without the high price
Any suggestions??

Why not have a custom rear mounted slide out drawer. There are loads sold in the 4x4 overland market. Take a look at Drawer Systems for inspiration.

You can put what ever locking system on you want. I just went for a push button lock to stop.it flying open when I brake.

I was thinking about this today. When i get to fit my VANking bed, I'm looking at some sort of pull out storage Box's that fit under the bed and go all the way to the rear seats. I'm thinking about fixing floor mounted runners on cross bars attached to the VANking frame. And fix pull out storage box's to them.. So they slide out smoothly. Just a pity I'm useless at carpentry!
