If you want to do it correctly, megs 105 first and then use 205 to finish. You can use this method with most minor blemishes too. Handy to have for any paint marks or marring.
You can use by hand for small areas or machine if you want to do larger areas. If machining I’d recommend a dual action for the beginner as they are less aggressive that a rotary. I hope this helps
There’s no overspray, you mask off a square around the badge, about 6 or 7 coats, starting with a couple of very light mist coats then get a bit thicker on the last couple of coats. When dry you peel off the plastidip which comes straight off the body work but stays on the badge. Still looking very good on mine. There’s a video on you tube I copied, worth a watch
Anyone got pictures of the Transporter badge removed off the plastic on a barn door model? Thinking of doing mine this weekend, but im worried about colour difference. Its a 2021 T6.1
