Slight Oily Water Leak, Left Hand Side Of Engine Tray Underneath

Hi there, firstly, apologies if in the wrong location. I've recently purchased a 2013 VW Caravelle Exec TDI 140 (Dec 2018). I've just noticed or shall I say a person parked next to me in a transporter did, a leak from underneath the van. Seems to be left side of engine try. It feels like water but has a slight oily tinge to it. I've checked brake and coolant and they seem fine (levels wise).

I'm a little bit lacking in engine compartment knowledge so wondered if anyone could give any tips to try and locate the problem.

The only thing that I'd do is get underneath it and remove the engine under tray to see if you can locate the leak.

Thanks @Lukavell. I should of thought of that, stupid me. I'll wait for the weather to subside and then see what I can see

the aircon drain comes out of the bulkhead in front of passenger, could it be that picking up a bit of dirt/oil on the way out of the engine bay ?
