Smoke and 11895 code

Hi all. Had a new engine fitted last year complete with new turbos ect(cfca). It has been running really well until I had to rush my boy to hospital where the coil light came on, loads of smoke (like james bond car) and went in to limp mode. Once I switched it off then restarted, all was fine. When I got to work I put it on the machine and it came back with glow plug 4 and low pressure 11885 code. The lead on plug 4 had come lose or not fully pushed on when done. So cleaned and refitted and all was good. But today same thing has happened. Does anyone have any idea about this code 11895? Thanks 20241217_141759.jpg

11895 - Turbo / Supercharger B - P02CB - Pressure too low - obviously...

Should need to see the freeze frame data - the snapshot of the conditions when the fault occurred.

Could be air leak, sticky actuator, wrongly calibrated actuator when installed, vacuum leak to actuator, faulty vacuum solenoid, faulty pressure sensor....
Or something indirectly related - wrong air mass reading, sticky EGR, blocked EGR, DPF,...

loads of smoke (like james bond car)
That's strange...

Right plenty to look at. I better let my mechanic have a look then. It's the smoke part that got me that's what makes me think I've got a duff turbo
