Sorry in advance.....Mfsw button compatibility

Hi All, I know this has been done to death but i am more confused than ever about which buttons will work. I bought a new wheel of a forum member as mine is a bit worn. It came with these buttons and he said he didnt think they were compatible. I have searched the forums and cant find anything to say if these buttons will work in my 2018 highline. Currently have the standard cruise buttons not the Acc. I have read a few threads saying this can be retro fitted now with correct buttons, radar and some computer magic......So does anybody know if these will work or deffo a no go??

5G is mk7 golf mqb platform, so these wont work on a T6 PQ platform.

Brilliant info, thanks for clearing that up for me......really appreciate it. I was so confused on which ones would work.
I did think that was the case but wanted to be sure
