Speaker upgrades - whats good and easy?

Any suggestions for anything a bit cheaper? The Gladens are a bit out of budget But I really want to replace stock speakers!

I've stuck a pair of these in the doors, huge improvement to the clarity & crispness of the bass & mid sound.
