Squeeking brakes

My T6.1 has had squeeking brakes since new. I put this down to them not being run-in, but 2,000 miles later and they still make a horrible high-pitched squeel as I brake at lower speeds/come to a stop.

Is this a fault? Will it pass?

Is it a fault? Yes, otherwise all new vans would do it.
Will it pass? No, it would have done by now if it was going to, the brakes are properly bedded in before 2,000 miles.
I'd be going back to the dealer asking for the issue to be resolved.

I had a squeak or squeal from the left side front brake for the first year or so. Dealer couldn't duplicate or find it.
It eventually stopped and only time I have heard it lately is when coming off a dusty road and the first time I braked.
Early on I pulled the wheel off and checked brake pads and disc and found no trouble.
It only happened when I braked lightly. Had the van about 4 years now and brakes fine.

We pay top dollar for these vans, we all know we could get a similar sized van for thousands less than we pay for a T6.
I think that gives us all the right to expect it to drive as it should, and that includes no brake squeal on a van with 2,000 miles on the clock.
I don't think it's Ok because the problem might resolve itself after a year or so.
If one of their demonstrator vans did it they'd resolve it PDQ!!!!
