Stuck Second Row Seat Belt (T6 Crewvan Rockton)

Hi guys, I just picked up my 2019 T6 here in Australia. It’s got a 3-seat foldable bench seat. I folded it forward and then couldn’t get it back up because the seat belt jammed. I had to take the covers up to access the belt winder and I played around a bit but it’s stuck, maybe the inertia reel. There is a housing around the receiver for the neighbouring belt and the fixation point for the faulty belt. I can’t remove the housing without breaking the clips. I’m happy to break them if I need to but I can’t find a replacement housing anywhere on the internet…any ideas?

Did you get a fix? Same happened to mine. Managed to wiggle it down the back if the seat mm at a time but it snaps tight every time you pull on it like it's being yanked on 20241223_152519.jpg

I have one of the clips used to seal bags, in black that I use when I want to drop the seat, just pull the seat belt out about 6 inches to enable the wiggling should it lock up. When not in use the clip it to the bottom of the seat belt behind the seat where it clips to the C pillar.
