Summer Weekend T6f Meet 19th-21st July 2019 - Lyndon Top Caravan Site - Le15 8rn

I went to a do a few weeks back which was in a big house with 16 acres and the owners were talking about holding events. They allowed us to camp over in the vans and lots of people used fire pits. They do have two outbuildings which were used for a band them music and also had toilets n showers. It's near Market Deeping in Lincolnshire. I have sent a message to a mate who knows the owners and will see what I get back.

Is this now at Lyndon Top? If so we are on for weekend (20-21/07). Can’t arrive until very late on Friday or Saturday morning; but no urgency on leaving!

The date seems to be agreed weekend of the 19th July, reading back through this thread.

If there's a minimum of 6 members that agree with the location and date, I will go ahead and confirm with the owners, and see what the next step is with regards to making a firm booking.

As far as I can see, myself and @Lord Mfwic is a solid confirmation. Those interested can add within this thread.

The date is only a suggestion, and intended on doing both, but if theres more suitable dates, please say so.

It's just ideal to get something stitched up because this keeps stalling.

19th suits me best as Lady Pippa will be in California so I won’t have anyone to keep tabs on how much I’m drinking. This normally results in the evenings entertainment and it’s best served with a camp fire stage show.
In fact, I’m happy to go straight from the Caffeine & Machine Show as I do plan on attending that event.

We can have a pre camp meet at Caffine & Machine the night before and put faces to names of those who haven’t met before.
We just need to confirm which site and if they allow camp fires. We never normally bother with music as the banter is more than enough.

I just put it up, as I will be road tripping both, well that's the plan I dont think you will ever get a date to please or suit everyone . Also school holidays may play a part after that
