These are currently top of my list!

How important is the load rating on tyres if I'm never carrying big weights? My van only carries 250kg rear load max

I'm planning SoLow's so will I need something with a little stetch and "persuade" the arch liners with a heat gun somewhat?

If your van has to have a Class 7 MOT then an incorrect load rated tyre is a Fail.
In any event, it's not a good idea to run tyres that don't have the correct load rating because it's possible that your insurance company would take a dim view of it if you were involved in a serious collision.

For an unconverted T32 van, yes, you'd need a class 7 MOT.
