Supplier for 3050mm 3.6mm plywood

I’m looking for a supplier of 3050mm 3.6mm plywood. As im wanting to make a one piece ceiling. Or am I better off just buying one cut?

I’m wanting to cut my own panels for the sides as I have some original hardboard ones. I can just use standard 2400mm long sheets for that.

I have found Arnold Lavers have 3050mm 12mm for the floor and I am planning on using my original floor as a template for that. I think the full sheet is just over £50 so quite a saving over getting one pre cut. Or is it more hassle than it’s worth.

I think it depends on the quality of the finish you’re looking for and whether the floor will be covered afterwards. I think it’s @Eclipse Custom Vans who can CNC machine a single piece floor for you which would save a lot of scribing/template hassle. They can cnc roof linings as well so can maybe do the single piece roof. Getting all the fixing points in the right place (assuming you’ll use the OEM fixtures) will be a pain if you’re making the piece yourself.

Yes we can supply all.panels, floors, ceilings, halos, etc in 10x5 sizes. We tend to use 5.5mm in 10x5 as the 3.6 10x5 quality can be hit and miss, delamination etc
