T28 panel van - convert to kombi?

Hi everyone, im new to the forum..im currently looking @ 2020 T28 swb panel van with the idea of converting it to a Kombi.
would the van have anchor points in the floor (its currently plylined) for rear seats ? also are there any complications with insurance by converting it to a kombi ?

It requires drilling the floor in the correct locations, VW chassis strengthening plates. c pillar seat belt mounts .

Dropping fuel tank is required , but an install we love doing .

always inform your insurance company .
