Yeah they were the last ones to have it. They replaced the n75 valve then said I need a bew turbo . I've had the turbo reconditioned and tested and I've since spoken to them and they are willing to retest for free but I have lost faith in anything now. I would out a bew turbo on if someone would guarantee that's what it needed and showed my why I need one but they initially said the n75 n then said that didn't fix it. And this is after a new
Egr . Actuator, turbo recon , manifold pressure sensor and the n75. I mean what on earth could be wrong

Legal criminals, can play parts darts all they want taking your hard earned. You’d probably be no better even if you went to a vw garage just more out of pocket. Gone are the days of a easy fix on vehicles now they are that complex in a throwaway society, they want you in a new vehicle or if you want to keep your old vehicles you’ll pay through the nose to keep it. There will be someone out there that can put it right and I hope you find them soon. My views are that the Indy’s will work harder for their money than a main dealer, Indy’s are based on their reputation. Last few times I’ve took my vans to main dealers they’ve not put things right and the tech guys have been mid 20s.

I feel your pain Kee , had ours in for repair and spent a couple of grand on a new turbo etc .
Still not sorted , taken the job on myself now as I don't have the time/money/confidence to keep taking it back to the garage .
Ours is a different fault to yours.
Fingers crossed you get to the bottom of it 🤞

You definitely loose all faith and it does pinch the pocket too when you get messed around. Good luck woth the repair. I wish I could do mine the amount of stuff I've Googled 🤣🤣feel like i could be a mechanic in the making.
