Hi everyone new here , hoping for alittle help and advice.

So it all began with the flashing coil light and the maintenance light with loss of power.

Diagnostic said new actuator. Had that changed. Drove home all ok. Next day , the coil light came bk on and lost power again.

I then decided to take to another garage.
Another Diagnostic turbo and EGR fault.
Had the turbo reconditioned who also tested the new actuator which was fine and new connectors pipes. Filters and oil. Lights went off happy days 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Day after came to Turn her on... SHOCK HORROR the flashing light came bk on..
Limp mode again.. turned the engine off and started her back up and the flashing coil stays off all day after multiple engine turns and the power is back fully. Until the following morning. This has happened the last 3 days.

So it's there in the am. Turn her off .restart and all is ok for the rest of the day .

Took her back to the garage and he hooked her bk up and it now shows an error with the manifold pressure sensor.

Anyone any ideas or thoughts please .

Thanks
Keeley

Did the EGR get replaced?
My money is on problems with that.
The EGR needed replaced on my T5.1 which gives the problems you described and after it died for the 3rd time I had it mapped out of the ecu and the vans never ran better since. That was a few years back.

Hi everyone would appreciate any help or advice.

So vehicle has had a new actuator, new egr valve , new manifold air pressure sensor. And the turbo reconditioned.

Below are the code.

Yesterday I had a n75 fitted and this hasn't sorted the issue.

What next 😭😭 garages are telling ne it needs this and that i do as they say and I'm still left in the same situation 20250422_084204.jpg20250422_084204.jpg20250422_084200.jpg

Reading on the forum - and I hope this is your problem - can you check the battery voltage?
Sometimes a flat battery can give dodgy codes/faults but I don't think they are the serious ones you are getting. Worth a try - I'm crossing fingers and toes that you have a flat battery!
