For Sale T5 / T6 – Fitted Rear Speaker Pods - 100mm/4” (3D Printed)

This is a project that has been refined over some time and I think the fit and finish is far better than other options I have seen on the market.



I 3D scanned bodywork to make the CAD model, so the pods are a snug fit, tucked in the corner, more compact and far more like a 'factory' finish.

They are 3D printed from PETG and are very strong. I have been using these on my T6 for over a year, as well as a few friends on theirs, without any issues.

They should fit a wide range of 100mm/4” speakers. I have these set up with Audison Prima APX 4 speakers and trimmed to match my van lining. Also had friends fit Focal ACX 100 in theirs.



Speaker wire is dropped from the head lining edge, through the opening and these are then fixed into the bodywork with two Hex Head 5.5mm x 38mm self-drilling screws.



Thought it would be nice to put these on the forum as an early bird offer, before selling them online.

Happy for collection from CF46 - South Wales area. Currently have a handful in black, ready to go.

Untrimmed Dimensions:
Internal Dia 93.5mm / Outer Dia 146mm.
Once you fit the 4-way stretch lining, the Outer Dia is approx 150mm.

Hi Tom, Would you be able to print custom rear pods for 6.5" coaxials? I have a skyline poptop and there is a boxed section at the rear.

I have looked at larger speaker sizes but only to fit the standard internal bodywork at the moment sorry.
