T5 towing eye on T6

Hi, I’m looking at buying a towing eye for my T6 and have seen there’s loads of cheap ones for T5’s on Ebay. Would a T5 towing eye fit the T6 or were they different. Thanks.

Well the Sportline extension piece is the same on the T5.1 and T6 so the threads are the same.

I think Travelin-Lite sell them, plus extensions if you have the Sportline front.

Thanks, I will buy one from Ebay and also get an extension to be sure it’s long enough.
