T6.1 Alpine 16.5cm Speaker Set with Sub & Amp

Alpine speakers are not our preferred choice, as the tweeters are harsh, Gladens are much smoother.

However drop us a couple pictures of the headunit audio settings, EQ and il mark on the pics where you can try some adjustments
Thanks @Absolut5 that would be great, dropped you a message

They sound really great... Alpine speakers are allround quality package combined... highly recommended and I didn't even get the subwoofer and DSP... I don't find tweeters harsh, can only compare with much more expensive Focals I have in another car, I think the sound is very balanced and most importandly it's plug&play.
Glad they're working out for you. Mid bass is fine on them for me, it's just the tweeters that I find shrill and far too bright at mid/high volume.

I understand... it always comes down to a personal preference, I personally hate high trebles, and that's why you have equalizer, but in case of Alpine I found them to be less pronounced compared to the Focal tweeters I have in another car... (and those Focals were set up by car audio company, which I think set them up for highest setting, because they liked it, but I personally would give them on 50% of volume; and for that reason I need EQ setting there also)

Yes, I agree some of this will be subjective and I know there's a few folk that are perfectly happy - it is definitely better than stock. I enjoy balanced sound (with some deeper bass) with vocal clarity and listen to a broad range of genres. Previously I had a Dynaudio set up in a Golf which was nicely balanced. Personally, I'd have gone for the Gladen's or some Audison's if I was starting again :)
