T6.1 Battery Drain

Van was started at around midday on Saturday, and charging was started at 6pm on Sunday… so I don’t think it was residual voltage from the alternator.

Victron is set to ‘Normal’ charging profile which I thought was suitable for everything except LiPO4. (14.4v Bulk Charge, 13.9v Float) and I left it attached overnight. Current has dropped to 0.5A in Storage mode, which seems better!

Battery has failed to start the car 3 times in the 6 months I’ve had it… knackered?

Possibly. You can take it to a branch of Halfords to have the battery tested.

They can give you a printout with the battery state of charge and state off health etc.

Have you got third party electricals that may be drain in the starter battery ie tracker, dash Cam, USB chargers etc etc.

Also have you got a bm2 battery monitor to plot the voltage?
