@PJ134 you have an EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) which is somewhere between a Flooded Battery (i.e. the classic lead acid car battery) and an AGM
It can accept the higher charge voltage and rates needed for start stop so electrically it can be treated as an AGM - so for instance any maintenance charger use the AGM setting.
Nothing inherently wrong with the EFB type but they tend to be fitted to the less electrically demanding equipment levels. Not worth changing to AGM if the battery is fine, but when it reaches end of life probably a good idea to replace it with an AGM.
