Does anyone know how difficult it is to retrofit the Tiguan led dsg gear knob to a vw t6.1. I have attached an image of the gear knob I’m planning fitting.

I'm interested in this. I know @T6180 had one fitted. If I remember correctly it's not a straight swap, bending / cutting metal required put me off.

just bought one off ebay that retains the pull up collar for reverse - about £25 IIRC, any ball number you like! Reluctant to ask for pictures of knobs, but have you any pics to hand? :eek: :laugh:

Quite the delay, I’m guessing..
Surely it can’t be that difficult to replace if they are doing it for £250 within a 70 mile radius

I’ve asked the same question and haven’t had a reply yet. I’m also not sure where they are but I’m keen to have it done. Anybody sorted it. Ideally Manchester area? Cheers.
I’ve not had it done don’t think there is a lot involved nearly bought one the other day guy wanted £200 quid and said it was straight forward but wanted cash transferred in to bank and was from fb so wasn’t willing to risk the £200
If they dont give instructions it might be difficult. I know now its bending/ reshaping some of the plastic that is needed to get it to fit.
I've dropped them an email.
Well Travelin-lite directed me to Anglia Camper Conversions to enquire about any instructions etc. They couldn’t be bothered to reply so I’ll side step this conversion until someone does a guide.
