T6.1 kick-down pedal

Does anybody know if it can be removed by the dealer? New150 bhp T6.1 and I'm hating all the "driver aids". Why should my van try to stop me from accelerating when I want to? Worst is the auto braking feature, the city driving and the low speed manoeuvring have both banged the brakes on hard for no reason within a month of getting the van. Turned the manoeuvring off but when I do it to the other I get a permanent warning sign on the dash as though the oil has suddenly poured out of the block- I presume this could be removed? Worst is the s**t hill start assist which works unless its a full moon with an r in the day - then it will roll back without warning into the car behind - was this put in specially to keep body shops in business? All they needed to do was put a nice bold indicator on the dash that it was (or was not) engaged. But i never had a problem using the handbrake anyway.

Yes you can do in your menu from the console,, just disable front assist

can this be altered / removed in favour of a straight through stroke on the accelerator pedal?, or is it a full pedal assembly needed?
