T6.1 kombi rear double folding seat not locking down

Just got my newT6.1 6 seat kombi on the drive and the rear double seat doesn't lock in the folded down position. My last one did, all the other seats do, its a 6 seater so the double front also locks in the down position. Could anyone with a T6.1 split rear 2+1 confirm if their 2 seat locks in the folded down position before I start trying to resolve it with the dealer.
