T6.1 Rear speakers fade out to fronts

Both my ‘24 Kombi and my colleague ‘73 PV have the upgraded Discover Media and we are experiencing the same issue where by when the ignition is fitter turned on and the engine started the iPhone connects instantly to the Wireless Apple CarPlay then about 20 seconds later it disconnects, the stereo says searching for blue tooth then it all kicks back in.

This is both stereos and everytime we use the van

Can anyone offer any help?

On a side note I have the rear speakers connected and the stereo starts with the sound coming out the rear speakers then fades in the front speakers. Is this normal?

I did a software update today that the style prompted me to do, this seems to have sorted the wireless disconnecting after around 20 seconds but the fade from rear to both is still there.
