T6.1 Retrofits Assistance

I have just fitted an alpine halo 11 in place of the std head unit and would love to get the radio and phone functions back in the virtual dash but not sure it’s possible

I asked about the dash upgrade when I was at Leighton Vans the other week. Apparently they have stopped doing it, something to do with updates by VW are crashing the dashes that have been retrofitted.

Sounds about right. I had an sos module replaced and it wiped everything so had to get it recoded by Bognor! Bit of a pain if I need to get that done each time something is updated. I want the infotainment updated and know the same will happen!

The difference is they said they cant get them working again.

I’d be very interested in having an active TPMS retrofitted. I forgot to add that option to our van and I’ve not been quite satisfied with the passive/ABS monitoring. Is this even possible?
I’m in London but can travel within reason.

Did u manage to do any LED retrofits ? There are few companies that offer that on 6.1 now. Apparently light + levelling system has to be fitted to 6.1 . I am happy to buy all bits if you can retrofit that. I am 4h away but can travel down.

Yes sorry i should have updated this thread, i have successfully done an LED headlight retrofit on a 6.1 last year
If you are wanting to do it i would be happy to assist you with parts lists and coding etc, i have a couple wiring looms, 1 that i prototyped on the 1st van i did and i also have a kufatec loom that is surplus
