Many thanks.. makes sense not on as the exhaust ends in the middle and not out the back! There is still a plastic to to the back of the bumper the heat shield joins to I also don’t have but not on that diagram? Not a part number for that? Thanks again
Ah many thanks.. spot on! So not just me going made.. its an odd way to finish that corner.. just allows muck to stay on the inner bumper.. so its just the heat shield and not a section of plastic that attaches to the bumper?There was a thread on this recently : T6.1 2024 rear drivers side underbody sheld protection
The consensus was that they are no longer fitted, my 23 has it but then the exhaust on mine runs the full length still.
For what they cost I think I would fit one
New to my T6.1 but whats the reason for the short exhaust? with mine not have the plastic trim against the rear bumper that side and no heat shield leaves quite a large space for crap off the rear wheel to go and collect
It prevents perverts kneeling down behind the van and shagging the tailpipe.
