T6 DSG Dual Mass Flywheel noise?

Sounds like it. Do another video clip with the phone left on the floor so that you can flip the throttle if the rattle stops when the throttle splits then that's confirmed.
Van in neutral or in gear as have no idea how the dual mass works on DSG?
Is it recommended to change clutch while it’s apart or leave it alone if no issues? I’m on 115k

No clutch on a dsg. The clutch pack is an internal part of the DSG gearbox so don't worry about that.
Dual mass flywheel is one piece that needs to be swapped out about £600 parts and about £1,000 for the job all-in-ish.
They seem to be lasting from about 30,000 miles to about 60,000 miles roughly looking over what people have said here on the forum.
I had a new one replaced about 30,000 miles and it was knackered within 20,000 miles I've got it swapped out again and it's two year warranty by VW.
It seems the dual mass flywheels are not as good as they are as they used to be my old t5.1 van it lasted till 85,000 miles.

Would you recommend do in VW service for warranty or whatever cheaper ? Would need to do before summer as not sure when my ex rac one got done it and it’s on 131k, when I purchased mine the dealer say to me that one still good as not making sound and he show me another one where dual need to be change but to be honest I dint hear any difference
