T6 HALOGEN TO FACTORY LED ADAPTER

Afternoon all

I have a 2018 T6 with standard halogen headlights, i have just purchased a set of Factory LED headlights

Does anyone have a link for an adapter loom, as the only ones i see online are T5 to T6.1 adapters

My old halogen part No: 7E2.941.015.AD

My New LED part No: 7E2.941.773
