T6 heated screen wiring

That’s the ground wire that must be connected . There’s a ground point but seen right behind it.
You need that secured to the bolt 100%

Ah that's great. Thanks for the reply. I've connected the earth wire now so fingers crossed it works.

my heated screen doesn't work, i have never tried it since owning the van, but did have the screen changed not that long ago, wonder if they didn't connect mine too? anybody know the fuse number? if i need to check although the button on the dash works.

Fuse 6 in the engine bay, it would be 100A from factory

Fuses are fine, theres live feed going to the ribbon cable on the screen, the engine sound even dips when i switch it on to say there's a draw in power, but the screen heater doesn't work?

Unless its a bad ground I would find hard to believe that both sides of the screen failed at the same time as the screen heating is divided into two halves.
