T6 Vehicle Battery Going Flat

Hi went to start vehicle battery , has not been use approx 3 weeks , so I have a CTEK MXS 7 . 0 I connected to the battery with neg going to body but it lit the error light tried it on my leisure batt. which is not fitted to the van yet work in progress & its fine , any answers

Your starter battery may be too low voltage for the ctek to detect and test it.

Try using a jump pack or booster cables to start the van raise the battery voltage.

Then re try your charger.

you could also use the MODE button to turn the charger into a POWER SUPPLY to temp add some power back into the battery.
