Bienvenue to me Picked this up last week.. T32 Highline BMT.
Looking forward to getting things camped out, currently a Kombi.. good spec on her.. would like to get Sportline 18’s, ordered a rear spoiler for the bare bum.. also mudflaps ordered.. Want to get a pop top fitted first then go from there. Maybe LEDs headlights afterward

Had a T5.1 6/7 years ago bud... did a lot on it, had to sell it due to unfortunate circumstances shall we say.. 1st person came to see it bought it.. was gutted seeing it going up the road.. pricing things up as they've got covid tax on, increased prices by about 40% in general... unreal, we are but mere peasants

Hi guys. Currently in the process of deciding what colour Fiamma awning cassette to go for. Black is the most popular, but I'm wondering how the silver/titanium coloured cassette would look against the Acapulco Blue van.
Do any of you have a silver awning cassette on your van that you could share a picture of?

@TeeCeeJay. Sorry but that's a no from me on both counts but I'm intrigued what you want to do with it.
Our van theme colour is blue/black/burgundy so I was going to triple tone the front badge. Mocked it up with masking tape for now.

Doesn't need to be anywhere near that big.
About 2 by 12 inches should cover it.

What's your reasons for going down to 18s? I debated for so long which to rock. I ended up with 18s which I'm happy with but there is always that niggle that a decrease in ride comfort (I'm still on stock suspension until next year) would have been worth the style points.

I bought the van with the 20's, tyres are too wide at 275 and it feels like a beach buggy. Going 255/45 on 18's and then decide on upgrade to suspension / lowering after. Heads turned with all options, just looking to lower about 50-60mm and stiffen.. Open to suggestions
Liking the new wheels. We're getting some 18s soon too.
Re, suspension. General consensus is usually to speak to one of the trade members on here. We've booked in with @CRS Performance for the start of next month. Give him a call and I'm sure they'll advise you. I see you're across the water so I think sometimes they can supply you the kit and you can have someone local to you to fit it if you can't travel.
