This is a T32 and 4 Motion, so restricted on Tyre size due to weight rating and have to be the same RR front and back - Its on 265/40/20. This size works very well, although considered slightly to wide or an 8.5 - In practise there are no issue with this size.

Oh I see, I have a T28 standard van, would I be better off running the 275/35/20's I've read in other threads on my VLR 08's?

On an 8.5 front you would be better off going for a 255/40 or 255/35. Even though a 275 will go on and 'most' of the online retailers will sell this tyre size, there are better fit tyres. On the wide rear the 275 is perfect.

After seeing the build on our recently sold Mk1 GTI Cabriolet, this customer purchased a very solid low mileage Clipper. And left if with us to transform

We added the following work

16” Borbet alloys with Nangkang tyres
Cut and rolled the arches
Cut the clipper kit to accommodate the wheels
STX coillvers
Hunter alignment

We love the finished car and it’s drives as good as it looks
