Been a varied week at BMVS- Here are some of the jobs through the door


3D printed speaker rings before covering in suede for this sound system upgrade



Cambelt, waterpump and front main oil seal on this T6.1


Side and rear windows on this customers Transporter


Handover on this T6.1 DSG panel - including full sign writing and roof rack so the customer can just go straight to work.


Two new LWB Sportlines joined the fleet this week - Both available to hire and will be available to buy in 3 months.

Our pods are not a straight fit. We 3d print them, bond them and then sand and manipulate them for the perfect fit. It’s not a straight sell and fit.

The rear wheel arch sub enclosures - do they fit with a 3 seater bench in the rear row? Assume they do due to the shape of the front edge.

Do you keep the left and right versions of these in stock? Assume you get them from Basser in Poland?

Hello. They work fine with the third row of seats.

They are from Poland but off the top of my head I’m not sure where? We are out of stock presently but working on a different solution.

We’ve done loads with the inside. Waiting for some good weather to get some proper pics. One of the VW mags is going to feature it too

Inside we have done the following;

Halo with full suede headliner
BMVS JL signature sound system with twin 10”
subs
Re-trimmed seats in matching Sporltine trim with GTI front seat bolsters
