Re. The electric/ sliding doors...I was told the 16 plates didn't have electric sliding doors as standard but the 66 plates did. Think he may of mentioned something else as well but I can't remember

Really easy to fit. I was nervous about doing it but it was really straight forward. Excellent quality as well

Would a Gen-Six owner do me a favour please. Would you mind taking/posting an image of the front steps pls, more specificly the cill protector.

To be fair, that's what I thought. I looked at a few of them and none had electric doors, they all had power latching but not full electric...

Really!? Shows how much my vw salesman knew! His knowledge has been SO poor. He won't even reply to my emails now, shocking.

Mine has, he told me mine had everything on it... but I wouldn't particularly trust him now

I find that most salesmen know less than the keen enthusiast... to be fair to them, we tend to know the ins and outs of the geekiest elements because we're passionate about the product. They are just working... very rare to find a salesperson and fan. I can't deal with the obvious 'sales tactics' though, my biggest pet hate...
