I tried to buy one of the MY18 rail pieces for @Loz and the part number does/did not exist on the VW UK system and that was only a couple weeks ago

Well that has made my mind up, i’ll be going for a white one on my white van.

Maybe if you get some other gloss black adornments it will help. Maybe a rear bumper protector, mirror caps, splitter, rear bumper valance, et al.
